Burnout: the state of emotional, mental, and often physical exhaustion brought on by prolonged or repeated stress. Think about your constant, day after day repeated tasks and the feeling of being stuck with no progress...it's insidious and creeps into your life easily. The mental and physical manifestations of burnout are palpable and deteriorating. When burnout starts to take root, you need to shake its grasp and relax, rest and recharge.
